**Payment Policy** Class reservation is guaranteed with pre-payment. Cash payment on day of class is accepted but will not reserve a seat. If you are paying with a credit card, the card will not be charged until the first day of class and may be used to hold a reservation. Alternate form of payment may be made on the first day of class, however, cancellation policy applies and card will be charged applicable cancellation fees if necessary. Personal checks not accepted.

** Cancellation Policy ** You may cancel or reschedule a class two (2) or more weeks prior to the class at no charge. If cancellation or reschedule occurs less than 2 weeks prior to the class dates, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of class tuition. You are responsible for paying 100% of the tuition if you cancel five (5) business days or less prior to the class dates. Cancellation fees may be waived if the class opening is filled. Please note that Firestorm reserves the right to cancel classes. In the unlikely event that class does not take place after your reservation has been confirmed, every effort will be made to reschedule the class and you will be offered an alternate date to take the class. Firestorm does not take responsibility for travel and/or lodging arrangements affected by cancellation of class. Your signature confirms your agreement to the terms of this cancellation policy.
