Site Preparation
A method to remove unwanted vegetation and other material, and to cultivate or prepare the soil for the replanting of seedlings.

Lot and R.O.W. Clearing
The cleared area along the road alignment (Right of Way) for, transmission lines, telephone lines, water canals, built for these delivery systems.
Burned Area Rehabilitation
Post fire treatments designed to minimize soil erosion and other negative cumulative effects of the fire effected area.
